Born in Buffalo, NY in 1962, Greg Anzalone is a self-taught
photographer still residing in the Western New York area.
Photography has been an on-again, off-again passion of his
for the past 20 years. The advent of the digital camera has
kindled the flame for that passion, and he shoots almost
exclusively digitally now, editing his images on the computer
rather than the darkroom. While he still enjoys shooting
conventional photographs such as landscapes and portraits, he
often strives find the "picture within the picture".
That which normally goes unnoticed.
Over the years Greg’s photographs have won awards, and
photo competitions. His work was featured in Life Imitating
Art magazine (Issue 2, AUG/SEP 2002) as well as being
published in various photography magazines and on-line
photography sites.
